World’s *ist: Klipsch IMAGE Earphones

Image_Hand.jpg

Klipsch’s new Duracellesque IMAGE Earphones claim to be the world’s smallest and lightest in-ear headphones, which very well may be—the actual noise-making part of the headphones seem smaller than the silicone tips which keep them in the ear. They are cringingly expensive, however, at $350. I know headphones can get a lot more expensive than even that, but for something pitched to the iPod set it’s difficult to think about taking something that misplace-able out in public.

I’m not sure how that’s different from carrying a $600 iPhone around..
