I was gonna say something about having to change the oil in your watch being a pain in the ass, but if you have enough money to own this watch you probably have an army of trained capuchins to take care of trivial business like watch-oil changing and butt wiping.
I've seen this design before, actually, the Harry Winston Opus V, a few years ago, had a similar looking mechanism, and a similar pricetag.
