Apple, Settle; Think Secret to Be Shuttered

Think Secret, the Mac rumors site that was sued by Apple, has reached a settlement with the company of its obsession. Apple will drop the suit, while Think Secret will shut down, protecting its sources. Editor "Nick DePlume" is said to be "pleased."     Them having to shut down seems like a bitter “victory.”

    Not that I particularly wanted anyone at Apple to lose their job, but I’m still a little irritated at people who lump the likes of Daniel Ellsberg or the Enron whistleblowers in with someone who helps a website make money off of spilling the beans about the latest iPod.
