The “I Am Not a Paper Cup…” is a double-walled porcelain mug with a silicone lid, giving you the feel of those disposable paper coffee cups without all the waste. It’s not on sale until February, but should cost about $20.
It reminds me of Graham Hill’s “We Are Happy to Serve You” mug.

Something somewhat similar is this tumbler from Starbucks, designed to look like their ubiquitous paper cups.
You’ll set this cup down for a second and it will be cleaned up into the garbage by a well-meaning custodian.
That’s what you get for letting the days go by…
in my experience, coffee stains silicone coated utensils pretty quickly… I wonder how that lid would hold up?
Two girls not included.
Same as it ever was… *smacks self in forehead, forgetting that I’m holding a cup of hot coffee*
OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
@5 – Right, because “I AM NOT A PLASTIC BAG” is totally fresh and original, not obvious at all.
Ceci n’est pas une pipe. There is no new thing under the sun.
cool idea, but the name is a total rip off of Anya Hindmarch’s ” I AM NOT A PLASTIC BAG ” line of fabric bags. kinda lame.. they could have come up with something more original…
Okay, #8, define gadget. I was under the impression that a gadget is an object with a specific pragmatic function, usually wrapped in an intriguing design. This is certainly a gadget – if you don’t wanna read about coffee cups, don’t click links about coffee cup gadgets?
How is this a gadget? I follow this blog for gadgets, not coffee cups!
@Malex:
Excellent work.
