    How is $110 for that hard drive a good deal? Newegg has Western Digital’s WD5000AAJS 500 gig SATA 7200 RPM what have you for $99.99. Even with shipping that’s less than $110.

    What the hell? That Denon unit has no HDMI in, and no coax S/PDIF in. And I was this close to buying it, too…

    The lack of coax s/pdif is awful, but is HDMI very common in $200 receivers? It does have three component inputs, which is nice. I believe it also does composite/svideo to component conversion so you don’t have to switch your display’s inputs going between those types of sources.
