The Grado SR-80 is a great sounding headphone. They're like the famous SR-60, but with slightly heavier bass. I've used Grados for years and they're by far the best deal in a high end headcan. They're not made quite as robustly as some and after a few years of use, tend to start disassembling themselves spontaneously, though in easily correctable ways. They're fairly sensitive, though with a 32 or 36 Ohm impedance, some cheapie devices might not have enough juice to drive them. I paid $95 for a pair of SR-80s over 15 years ago, which makes the same price a bargain today, after inflation.
