You turn the tape around backwards and I'll hang the microphones out the window.

Hurry up though, that tab should be kickin' in half an hour.

I WANT a sexy, cool looking old open-reel deck in my living room. I don't know that I'd even use it all that much, I just want one.

I have a Revox cassette tape deck and receiver; those things always ooze style through and through, even when their functionality is more mundane than this.

Here's a pic of the same model of cassette player I have:

Very cool, Dculberson. I am always drooling over the vintage electronics sections on ebay. If I wasn't married to a woman with more sense than me my home would probably look like a warehouse.

I miss my old Akai 10".

My wife has far more sense than me but she has still allowed me to virtually fill several large rooms with vintage audio stuff. Five Ampzillas, anyone? Twenty Five Heath W-5M amps?
Revox is indeed very cool. I love the timeless, restrained styling. Unfortunately, those have a LOT of moving parts and that spells trouble after several decades. They look great but it can cost a small fortune to keep them running.
