Seriously, I think I'd actually shed a tear if one of these was even looking like it was actively tending plants in my garden.

That film hit me at an odd age. It's dear to me.

At 41 I find myself interested in robots and gardening, but have not as yet combined the two.

Yet.

Just keep those wheeled things outta my yard.

The last rutabagas in the universe? Noooo!! That's one of the best words in the English language! I sometimes softly chant it to myself in a rhythmic manner.

Wareq, you've got me chanting rutabaga now.

From what I read on the site, it doesn't look like they do much except stand there looking pretty. At the very least, I think it'd make a neat case mod. A drone/bot being "repaired" would actually be a pretty cool case mod, I think. With the right program skins, dinking around on your comp would look a bit like running diagnostics. And because it's "being repaired" you have an excuse to show off the internal bits.

Not exactly what I'd call a great tutorial, certainly not on robot building.

But if you're looking for set decoration, then yeah, by all means, cool, whatever...
