Even the puppet masters love them some iPods

conspiracy.jpgBig coup for Apple in the shadowy world of international cabals: Infowars is running claims from a claimed Apple employee that the U.S. Department of Justice has "placed an order for 125 iPods with 'Bilderberg 2008' engraved on the back, shipping to Chantilly, VA." The Bilderberg Group is either a fancy meet-and-greet for multinational business types or a coterie of conspirators scheming to overthrow the U.S. government and create a new world order from the conference room at a Marriott. (Or would that be MarrIO!tt?)

Yeah, the DOJ hands me a small portable electronic device to carry on my person and that thing's going in the first trash can I pass. Nice try.

Given that DoJ is not normally in the business of ordering party favors for privately-organized international conferences, I wonder if these iPods were intended to be used in an intel op directed against one or more Bilderberg attendees?

I wonder if the author of this story is a scared little girl, too terrified by powerful people to believe they could really be a shadowing group to write a balanced piece. Or maybe he's a boot-licker with no morals that would like to be invited to "the cool table".

But more likely he's just a useful idiot, probably plays counterstrike or D&D 10 hours a day with some "clan".

"meet and greet for multinational business types". Give me a freaking break. Yes, the most powerful people in the room are playing pinochle and exchanging business cards, or discussing tax strategies. How stupid can a person really be?

And that nonsense about doing whatever it is they do "from the conference room of a Marriot" is not even a clever way to downplay the meeting.

But mostly I wonder if he'll have the guts to print my little rant, or will that scare and threaten him too?

It seems reasonable to think, after looking at what's happened to the US government and all other Western governments over the past 7 years that it is both of these things at the same time. Perhaps though it's not about Corporate power and mega money overthrowing the US government but about the two merging completely.

The Rothschilds have to find something to do with all their money. It must get boring being filthy rich.

The playlists would be interesting to see.

@Anonymous, the reason that nobody believes you (aside from your manifest inability to reason properly) is that your method of persuasion consists largely of condescension and name-calling. "Scared little girl"? "Bootlicker with no morals"? "Useful idiot"? Just because Joel disagrees with you? If you ever do manage to convince anybody outside the lunatic fringe, it will be with your facts, not with insults and heavy-handed suggestions.
