1980s culture relived by animatronic roadkill

Another of CMU's BigBots, "Extreme Animals" is on show at Carnegie Museum of Natural History in Pittsburgh. It's a clubhouse packed with cool 1980s trash and animatronic stuffed animals. It's wonderfully demented, especially for those wandering up to it after a hands-behind-the-back exploration of this stately, old-worldly museum.

Looks like it has to be seen in person for the true effect, but still pretty neat.
