One of our sponsors, Toshiba, has created an Adobe AIR-based "Laptop Experts" widget that can sit on your desktop, making it simple to add questions to the system and get answers back. (You may have seen the Laptop Experts excerpts running in ads on BBG.) Rob and I have been answering questions in the Laptop Experts platform for a few months now — many of our answers may even be technically correct! Toshiba's trying to figure out ways to extend the usefulness of the site and one of my suggestions — finding ways to bring in lots of users from around the web to answer questions — sounds like it's in the cards.
