Introducing the Walkpod

There's something satisfying about the mechanical act of mating involved in putting a tape into a walkman and hearing the machine crunch shut around it. If I still had any, I would totally buy a Walkpod.

Kids have $30.

iPod is $4000. Pirate bay is full of virii. Problem.

Tape decks were $19.95. Tapes were $10. Problem solved.

Teamshadowboat showed me his iPod the other day and whoo boy, let me tell ya -- do the words "1080p," "Versace edition," and "fondue attachment" mean anything to you?

$4k was a bargain.
