#1 Mujadaddy: microwaving is the BESTEST, YUMMIEST way to cook bacon in my opinion. Yeah, I know, it sort of shocked me too when I finally found out for myself. Anyways, I always just sandwich the strips between a couple of paper towels. Great 'cuz it leaves some of the grease on the bacon, where it belongs!

Peanut Butter and Bacon sandwiches are a Hog's gift to heaven. Bread can be toasted, but IMHO better if not. Bacon should not be super, super crisp. Preference is heavy on the bacon and medium on the PB. For those who have outgrown PB&J, move up to PB&B.

Frankly if I'm going to eat bacon, it's probably gonna be fried. Nice and slow, a little on the brown side, crisp but not brittle.

That or slow cooked in the oven for as long as need at around 250F. Super crisp, it just shatters, but has a wonderfully clean, bright flavor.
