• Roomba – Today’s Woot is the iRobot Roomba 418 Robotic Vacuum Cleaner Bundle for $155, shipped.

The free shipping coupon on the telescope appears to have expired yesterday. Too bad. I was going to bite, but extra $5 for a refractor telescope shoved it from “why to” to “why.”
Now, if only I could find a decent reflector at this price…
Wine Woot has a nice Sake Sampler. I’ve had the G (Joy) Sake, and it’s good quality stuff. And a rep from the winery (sakery?) hangs out in the forum, answering questions. It’s at wine.woot.com.
Yeah I kind of doubt they would have reflectors at this price any time soon. I bought it despite the extra $5 shipping. I hope it all turns out well.
You can get the old red roomba for $119 from Frys this week. Possibly the only labour saving device I’ve ever used that actually works. The trick is to use it while you are out of the house, otherwise you tend to just watch it work and lose all that time it was supposed to save you…
Rikf, Agreed! It even does a better job than the Royal I have – which did a much better job than the old Eureka.
But, RE: watching it: at least you got some robotic entertainment.
I’ve always wanted to get a roomba, but there is something unsettling about knowing that there is a robot at work in your house, moving around and such, while you’re not home.
so sick of roombas at woot =\
