I actually commented over at Gizmodo what the guy is protesting, if you look here: http://zuhaiblog.com/2008/08/28/protesters-at-apple-store-stonestown-in-san-francisco you can see the guy is holding the same flier.
The quick story is its a Union that is upset that a contractor apple hires has decided to no longer use that Union. They where at the Stonestown store just wearing lab coats but I guess they decided to step it up.
