Strider_mt2k explains, at My Dell Mini’s forums, how to hack a Mini Inspiron 9 to contain a Logitech RF dongle, but without permanently soldering it in place. Anyone who has ever used a BlueTooth mouse will understand why one might do this.

I received a Dell Mini yesterday, but it’s a birthday present for my nephew. Unfortunately, I have already fallen in love with it.
