LEGO robots by Peter Reid

Some incredibly cool LEGO robots by Peter Reid. This Mars Attacks / This Island Earth style Martian robot is my favorite, though: the insect eyes, the exposed brain lobes! He wants our women, and by god, he shall have them.

I think what you’re seeing as “exposed brain lobes” is one of the tanks on its back, viewed through the dome.

It’s still a nice job of packing a lot of detail into a very small number of fairly standard components. The man’s got a good eye.

Cool! He made the international sign of the donut.

It would be fantastic if you could start singing Tom Jones’ “It Not Unusual” and the Martians would fall to pieces.
