R2-D2 Aquarium
For this you can thank Hammacher Schlemmer:
Modeled after the most well-known astromech droid in the galaxy, this R2-D2 holds a 1 3/4-gallon aquarium tank in his central compartment, ideal for a small freshwater family of goldfish, gouramis, or tetras. The domed head rotates with any vocal command you issue and he utters his familiar "bleeps" from the Star Wars movies.
It's $130, twenty inches tall, and plugs into the mains. It even comes with a two-sided cardboard insert so that your fishes can enjoy scenes from the movie.

does it have some sort of gravity pad in it or something? That's tipped at a funny angle. I'd be curious to see a photo of this actually in use. That's a ridiculously bad photoshop job.
The advantage Hammacher has over Petco is a lifetime warranty. Assuming you want to have an R2-D2 aquarium for the rest of your life.
Still waiting for the R2D2 porta potty
1.75 gallons is far too small for any fish, certainly too small those mentioned. You might be able to keep a betta or a couple of small shrimp alive in that tank, but no way would a goldfish, gourami or a school of tetras survive in it for long. Even the betta would be in trouble, as it is impossible to safely heat such a small tank, and bettas are tropical fish, needing warm water.
The picture has been photoshopped (common with such small tanks) to suggest that goldfish would fit in easily. They won't. Goldfish need a minimum of 10 gallons per fish to survive into adulthood (many don't make it that long). Tanks that size are a death trap for any fish unfortunate enough to be kept in them.
I suggest keeping the star-wars stuff to play with if that's your thing. But if you want to be responsible for a living creature get it a decent home to start with, so it will have a chance of surviving...
