Lightsaber nunchucks outmack Darth Maul

Lightsaber nunchucks: the realization of at least some twelve year old's fever dream. In universe, these would not be pragmatic: there's a reason a Jedi's lightsaber handle is not made of the same material as the blade... namely, the plasmic energy of ten thousand suns. Still, even though these nunchucks are nothing more impressive than a couple of Glow-Sticks tied together with a string. points awarded for aesthetic bitchingness.

we used to wire sparklers to our wooden ones, also,it was the fashion at the time to wear an onion on your belt.. and houses cost a nickel...
seriously, it was way cooler to chop standing bricks in half with sparks flying everywhere. We healed quickly. Round the neck catches were tricky though.

...Actually, I'd have a lot more fun with a lightsaber imbedded into an Anh-Woon or a Lirpa :-P

#5 with a light saber Ahn-Woon and a Bat'leth you can have pretty nifty StarWars VS StarTrek LARP...

The item is a regular pair of wooden nunchaku sticks with Adobe After Effects used to layer the lightsaber effect directly over the nunchaku. NOT a pair of glow sticks tied together. And yes I am aware that my hands, etc would be damaged if it were a REAL lightsaber. Yet I live and am even able to type so what do you deduce from that?
