The Strenco St-2 Steambot

Steam powered robots should be the size of skyscrapers, piloted by crazed Master of the World archetypes, their bellows manned by rugged, soot-covered sea men. In lieu of crushing cities, though, this limited edition Strenco ST-2 toy marches about your desk after you pop its head off and light a tiny fire in his belly. If you can find one, it’l cost you about $600.

It looks great. I’d love to implement this with a hybrid steam engine and arduino controller…

It says he’s using a Wilesco motor: http://www.wilesco.de/wilesco/us/index.html. does anyone know hoe much these things cost? The products page seems useless…
