TOFU is the best dancing robot

Keepon sucks now. Meet the new king of the cute robot dance-a-thon: MIT Media Labs’ TOFU, the ponderously eyebrowed robot fuzz owl with OLED eyes and some seriously rhythmic body jams.

   The problem with Keepon and Tofu is that they apparently are not available to the buying public.

   This does look awesome but the edits make me suspicious. I want to see it dance for a couple minutes.

   DUDE, NO. Keepon and CMU will wipe the floor with MIT’s awful hacked up hairball of a robot any day.

   “OhhHhHhh Look at me!!! I can roll my eyes like a sarcastic kindergartner and gyrate asynchronously to a dozen bars of Superstitious.”

   This is a neat robot on its own, but this video shows none of the advanced capabilities Keepon has. Keepon has beat recognition from a microphone in its nose, and cameras in its eyes for face recognition and response. Come on.
