Pyramat’s gaming bag is not for grown-ups: this amorphous comfort lump is sized for youngsters. This did not stop me giving it a thorough sitting–literally, of course–to see if it was worth $90 worth of beans.
Comfortable enough despite its small size, the bag contains two speakers at the back left and right, close to where the occupant’s head would lay. Deep inside lurks a subwoofer, which provides substantial if farty bass. To the right is a paddle, which controls bass and volume and has the power switch.
It’s powered by a wall-wart; the concealed panel where it connects to the bag also has the audio i/o ports, which are standard headphone jacks. A headphone-RCA adapter is included: just hook up your gaming console or DVD player directly to the bag with it, and you’re ready to go. It’s easy to set up (you won’t need the manual) and the sound comes through loud and clear.
The bag comes in black, blue and pink. It is adequately stuffed with microfiber beans. The cover is some sort of man-made fiber: it isn’t as nice as what you’ll get on a $400 Love Sac, but it looks quite durable. Given the hardware within, though, remember to tell your offspring not to leap into it.
Verdict: kids will love it, and it’s cheap enough so that you won’t worry about how long it lasts. But Pyramat needs to put out a man-size edition if it’s to find a permanent home in the BBG gadget dungeon.
Gamebag 2.1 [Pyramat]

We are now three steps shy of the chairs from Idiocracy. But I bet they are comfy!
No 5.1 makes it a no-go for a modern gamer kid. They need the left/right cues from the rear speakers to more accurately pinpoint the enemy fire. Ya know.. know which side to swing around towards. At least I do… so im sure any hardcore kid will as well.
Why is it named after the mother of the Coneheads?
Is it…from France?
i’ve never had good luck with bean bags around cats, those things are like cat piss magnets
Slightly wrong shape for adult entertainment.
#2: Yeah, knowing whether that grenade landed exactly by pinpointing it aurally is a necessity. I couldn’t live without my 7.1 surround sound anymore, especially for games.
