HTC Magic hits U.K. in April

British carrier Vodafone will carry HTC's Magic, which has a 3.2 megapixel camera, GPS and a touchscreen display, from April. Vodafone has one of those 3D twirly java applets that promises to show me what it looks like from any angle, but it doesn't work for me. Instead, I am left with just the blurb: "Clever technology for brilliant mobile internet." It's otherwise just another HSDPA phone, very much like half a dozen others by HTC. this is terrible, if google learned anything from the iphone is that you need a keyboard not a touchscreen to compose txt, email messages… what a disapointment and letdown…

ill take the g1 anyday over this.
