    Sounds amazing, but how does that price compare to the average income, let alone per-minute or per-call charges? Chavez has talked a good populist game, but I wonder how much he’s really done for any given poor Venezuelan?

    How dare you imply his appeal is wearing thin!? This is not only imperialist propaganda being used to smear the incredible success of Bolivar socialism, but clearly designed to provoke some sort of violent attack on the great Hugo Chavez.
