Texas state government bans Vista

No state agency may buy or use Windows Vista without a special dispensation, effectively banning it from government use. [Consumerist]

I'd ban it too. But only because Windows 7 is mere months away.

We ban Vista but have to teach Intelligent Design in schools. My state confuses me.
