“Drive him crazy” with Star Trek Pon Farr perfume

Genki Wear, makers of the Star Trek colognes we mentioned last month, just sent me this ad for their third and final scent: “Pon Farr”, for women.

   I think the perfume advert would be better if they spelled “perfume” correctly, personally. Or is this some sort of Klingon in-joke impenetrable to non-trekkies?

   Pon Farr Perfume – when you only want him to have sex with you once every seven years…

   @#1 – wrong episode. Pon Farr is the Vulcan mating time. The episode is “Amok Time” – Spock must return to Vulcan to mate, and in the end is forced to fight Kirk in an ancient Vulcan tradition.

   I remember this episode. Someone brings some alien perfume on board and it drives the men literally crazy. Even Spock gets affected.
