I picked one of these up from the artist with the accompanying booklet at San Diego Comic-Con, and my niece loved it. I picked up a little "sushi" sized plush for myself; supercute.

(Homer): Are you saying you're never going to eat any animal again? What about bacon?
(Lisa): No.
(Homer): Ham?
(Lisa): No!
(Homer): Pork chops?
(Lisa): Dad! Those all come from the same animal!
(Homer): Heh heh heh ... ooh ... yeah right, Lisa. A wonderful ... magical animal.

You'll find similar canned plushies containing local fauna in finer tourist shops nearly everywhere.
I've seen wombats and kangaroos from Australia, bears from Yellowstone, etc.
