This painting looks like it could almost be something that actually exists in Southeast Asian country, but the Wise logo is throwing me off.

The vehicles definitely exist, Bajaj makes or made a few variants based on their scooter drivetrains. The autorickshaw version has passenger room in back instead of cargo!
Worst chips ever.
Like every bad party had these and the store soda, and the store soda was baaaad.
My first vehicle was a three-wheel Cushman mail cart very similar to this, bought as surplus from the USPS in around 1970…
Two problems with it – the USPS had a speed governor installed limiting it to 35… and it wouldn’t go 35 anyway unless it was on a long, smooth stretch of road (the one time we did it, the tailpipe turned glowing red!!)
That is a common goods transport vehicle made by Bajaj in India. What’s more, the number plate on that is one for a vehicle registered in Bombay (or Mumbai as the city’s now known).
Not sure you get Wise chips anywhere in India though.
I loved Wise’s barbeque chips. Lots of dust in the bag. Link to the artist?
I used to work with Kevin Cyr. Beside being a fab artist, he’s a really nice guy. Here’s his site:

Piaggio Ape.
I’ve always heard it pronounced ay-pay, wikipedia says ah-peh.
Our local scooter shop used to have some new ones, but I don’t see them listed currently. But you could find one, if you were so inclined. In the US, they make a fun little toy, but a hard sell otherwise.
MELGOVEAS is right, it’s a common Bajaj transport from Maharashtra, specifically Mumbai (Bombay).
I’m pretty sure that the Wise logo is just an “Indian version” of the popular US chip company brand and has nothing to do with the actual Wise trademark rights holder.
We passed a Cushman mail cart on the road the other day, and I was wondering out loud why nobody is making anything like it in the US anymore.
Audrey Hepburn escapes in the back of one of those in Roman Holiday (1953).
Vespa used to make some of these little fellows, which I’m guessing is what the Piaggio Ape #7 mentioned was born from.
