One Response to Rumor: AT&T to introduce limited data plan for iPhone

Why isn’t there a no-questions-asked data-only plan for the iPhone yet?

Admittedly, there is the Text Accessibility Plan, which I’m eligible for since I do have a diagnosed hearing disability, but still… why can’t AT&T just offer a plan with unlimited data but pay-per-minute voice to everyone unconditionally? Surely there are others without diagnosed disabilities who talk less than 450 minutes a month on the phone, for whom that would actually be more economical.
