In the full comic, the robot makes some nice points about time travel.

Atomic Robo is a wonderful, funny, strange, and hilarious comic. The trades are entirely worth picking up.
Also worth a look, if you like Atomic Robo: Top Ten, which is a great look at what a city full of superheroes would really be like.
