I found a Nintendo Power Glove in storage. It’s so bad. Any ideas for cool hacks to make with it? MIDI controller comes to mind.http://twitter.com/porkmusket/statuses/1889905665

Metric tons of power glove hacks if you search.

My vote is for a mod that punches someone whenever they thing to twitter, but I’m a hater so that’s my stance.

The finger bend sensors are quite hackable. You can use them as “whiskers” for wall following robots, for example. They’re analog, so you can use them with any A/D converter. See http://www.stormyprods.com/lego/ for an example.

I’m looking for a non-functioning one to fossilize. So if you totally bork it, I’ll give it a proper burial.

i am shamed to say… the first thing that came to mind was as a teledildonics controller.

@Heartlessmachine, there’s a good chance of that so I’ll let you know. Thanks for the other ideas.

@Zan thanks for that link, awesome.

@Infinity There’s no shame in teledildonics. At least not a lot.

I’m also thinking of wiring it to a microcontroller as a way to program sequences of LEDs, which I would then embed into a zoot suit and wear to Burning Man.

@Pork, that is such an exceedingly good idea that I can’t believe you haven’t already started.
