Juicer made from an old soda bottle

Re-Juicer_03.jpg.jpg

Scott Amron sells these juicers made from old bottles for a reasonable $6.50, but they look like something you could do yourself with a nice serrated blade. [via Charlie Sorrel]

They don't look like very good juicers, either. How do you keep the plastic from the edges of the bottle from hurting your hand / wrist? The juicer part also looks too smooth to do a very good job. You would also have to pick the seeds out by hand.

Shipping these one at a time probably consumes more resources than manufacturing a new one.

That, my friend, is water.

But it's not soda.
That bottle says Poland Spring,
I think that's water.
