Logitech V220 kisses gunmental gray goodbye

Logitech is among the best maker of mice (its poor Mac support notwithstanding) but designs tend toward gray, black and the occasional flash of plastichrome. These new V220s, $30 notebook size models with no extra buttons, make a more colorful presentation--so long as you like blues and reds.

That's nice, but I'm sure you'll agree with me when I say "where's the green?"
I've been thinking off and on about getting a wireless mouse for my laptop. I often hook the laptop up to the tv to watch Hulu, ESPN360, or illicitly streamed hockey games and it would be nice to be able to click from the comfort of my couch. Should I go for something with a dongle or should I use the native (but usually switched off) Bluetooth in my laptop. Anyone know what the comparative average battery life is like? I've heard mention that BT mice often lose signal.

A few months ago I bought a Dell BT Travel mouse to use with my Mini 9. (Logitech under the skin)
I'm very surprised how well it has worked. -nearly flawless actually.
My only wonder is how power usage stacks up against something like Logitech's "Nano" receiver that plugs into a USB port, but only sticks out like a quarter of an inch.
One advantage to using some kind of dongle is the ability to position it for better reception using a USB extension cable.
