   A lot of people would love to start a garden. You can have a garden of indeterminate size – those with the land can have a garden the size of a carport, and others can start a tiny one on their apartment balcony, and you don’t need to worry about water rights, floods, or getting a lot of fertilizer or compost for a small herb garden that would fit in a suitcase.
