Synchronicity. I just got a copy of Luis Buñuel’s Viridiana and was reading the liner notes. The movie was banned in Spain and denounced by the Vatican as blasphemous for a variety of reasons, but among them was the use of crucifix-knife during one of the scenes.

Denunciation by the Vatican is one of my favourite pasttimes.
Imagine what they’d say if they found there were hoardes of roaming priests assaulting children!

Perhaps it’s overly pedantic of me, but I’d probably call this a stiletto rather than a dagger.
