   oh good, i’m not the only one to have had a frankenmess of electronic esoterica as a teenager, that, while geeky, did serve to learn me good about how audio and electronics work.

   I even went through the ‘the more speakers there are, the better the sound’ phase, with salvaged car stereos and tiny 2″ speakers ripped from $10 AM radios added to the mix.
