Sometimes I wonder if Microsoft just sort of automatically spends no less than seven figures for anything that it does, because it has so much money. Like, some designer comes in with this, and everyone oohs and ahhs and the dude gets a blank check, and he has to suppress giggles because his 8-year-old daughter did it up in 2 minutes using Paint.
