Why I'm Buying An MSI Laptop
Yes, this ad shamelessly rips off Levi's. Yes, the concept is silly. But, man, do I love it. Apparently much more so than our friends at Gizmodo and Gadget Lab, who aren't too keen on the notion of catching a laptop in your buttocks.

They're just like Core 2 Duo processors, but with only one core. So, if you primarily do one thing at a time, you'll notice very little difference. The other difference is in the clock-speed. A 1.4 GHz Core 2 Solo be slower than the the faster Core 2 Duos that you find in most full-size notebooks, but still a lot faster than a 1.6 GHz Atom processor. You wouldn't want to encode video on one, but a Core 2 Solo is pretty fine for browsing the web. MSI have been around for over 20 years now and are one of the leading manufacturers in the industry. They are probably best known for their motherboards but also produce graphics cards, laptops, servers and even industrial level electronics.
