I think a real opportunity was missed in the form of that mechanism NOT retracting the plug.

it would allow for simple key-based access! :D

I despise most things steampunk,

I love this

strider@2. : the mechanism does retract the plug,
the gears being a functional part is one one the many reasons I think this is awesome
